The book is being released in fascicles in an 8 1/2 x 11 format with a plastic comb binding. Those who purchase all of the fascicles will receive a free signed copy of the completed hardcover book when (and if) it is published. The book is now projected to be 480 pages in an 8 x 10 format. In addition to the five chapters, the book will have a preface, introduction, two appendixes, and bibliography. All five chapters will also be corrected, revised, and expanded before publication.

Chapter 1 (pgs. 1-108) and chapter 2 (pgs. 109-178) were completed in 2019 and bound together with a brief introduction.  Chapter 1 & 2 are still available. The price is $25. 

Chapter 3 (pgs. 179-314) is now complete and available for purchase. The price is $15.

 Chapter 4 (pgs. 315-347) is now complete and available for purchase. The price is $8.

 Chapter 5 (pgs. 349-449) is now complete and available for purchase. The price is $15.
