The book is being released in fascicles in an 8 1/2 x 11 format with a plastic comb binding. Chapter 1 (pgs. 1-108) and chapter 2 (pgs. 109-178) are now available for purchase bound together with a brief introduction. The price is $25 (postage paid in USA). Books are printed and bound on demand. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery.

Chapter 3 is expected to be completed sometime in 2021. Those who purchase all of the fascicles will receive a free copy of the completed book, which is expected to be over 400 large-size pages. Order below.
